Return Policy
- Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- As our products are food items, returns are not accepted once delivered, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
- A clear opening video is mandatory as proof. The video must show:
- The unopened package
- The shipping label
- The opening process
- The damaged or incorrect product
- The product must be kept in its original packaging, including all labels and seals.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as invoice or receipt must be provided.
- Return requests without opening video and valid proof will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may choose:
- Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or
- Full refund of the product amount
- Replacement will be processed only after verification and approval.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
- Refund is applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.
- Refund will be processed after verification by our team.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Customers must contact us immediately to cancel the order before dispatch.
