Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • As our products are food items, returns are not accepted once delivered, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
  • A clear opening video is mandatory as proof. The video must show:
  • The unopened package
  • The shipping label
  • The opening process
  • The damaged or incorrect product
  • The product must be kept in its original packaging, including all labels and seals.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as invoice or receipt must be provided.
  • Return requests without opening video and valid proof will not be accepted.


Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may choose:
  • Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or
  • Full refund of the product amount
  • Replacement will be processed only after verification and approval.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.


Refund Policy

  • Refund is applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Refund will be processed after verification by our team.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Customers must contact us immediately to cancel the order before dispatch.
